Annelisse Molini's work may have begun as a study of churches in her native island of Puerto Rico, but the examination of the holy buildings presented new subject matter: the human quest to find salvation. More interested in raising questions than delivering answers, the artist's exhibit was representative of the dichotomy of the long journey to enlightenment and our culture of quick-fixes. This UWM Alum and professional architect presented her paintings in a unique and breathtaking gallery that is exclusive to Latino Arts.
